What is breathwork?
Breathwork is the practice of using your breath intentionally to help you feel better—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Most of the time, we breathe without thinking about it. But with breathwork, you slow down, pay attention, and breathe in specific patterns to help calm your body and mind.

It can help reduce stress, improve focus, release stuck emotions, and help your body relax. Think of it like a reset button for your nervous system. It’s a natural tool you always have with you—and learning how to use it intentionally can make a big difference in how you feel.
