Your wellness journey is unique, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Drawing on my coaching experiences in nutrition, powerlifting, CrossFit, and healthy living, I want to help others, especially teens, build healthy habits that last.
As someone who struggled with weight and body image as a teenager, I know the impact this can have on your wellbeing if left unaddressed year after year. Like the rest of the world, I also know what it is like to experience “all the things” and turn to comfort foods as a result. In 2018, I transformed my life by adopting healthy habits. These habits have been key to sustaining my health, fitness, and positive mindset. These days, even when I’m not “my best”- I’m empowered to recognize that I’m a lot better than I was then.
